Tour 3: Palm groves of Fataga

Description:

We start our hike in the impressive palm grove of the rural hotel "El Molino de Agua" where the Canarian palm tree rules! Among the lush vegetation we descend to the Cazorla mill and then follow an old path that leads us to the village of Fataga. The town is perched on a rock and dominates the entire Fataga ravine. It invites you to visit its alleys, its old Canarian houses, its public washbasins and its 19th century Saint Joseph church. We continue along the crest until we reach the town of Arteara where we pay a visit to the archaeological center that houses more than 700 tombs from pre-Hispanic times.
